Policy
SHIPPING:
Immediatly after I finish packing your order, you will receive an email with tracking information (PLEASE PUT THE CORRECT EMAIL IN). Mon-Fri all packages are picked up by USPS and scanned in. If you are United States based, after your package is scanned in it will be delivered within 1-5 days. I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages. For international orders, shipping can take anywhere between 6 days to 6+ weeks to arrive depending on location. Please make sure to triple check that ALL of your information is correct at checkout so there aren't any issues with tracking or shipping.
PROCESSING TIME:
I currently take 1-7 days to ship out orders after your purchase, although if you do need it urgently (moving, going to college, etc.) please let me know through email, you can use the contact form through my website.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are eligable if, the item is broken, and you contact me within 24 hours of delivery. If the item comes broken, I will need a photo of it (if you choose to send in a photo of an item not from my buisness you will be blocked immediately). 24 hours after delivery you will not be eligable for a refund. If your package does NOT arrive according to your tracking number / your package is lost in the mail, after 14 days of search you are eligable to either be refunded or to have the products sent back out.
INCORRECT CHECKOUT INFORMATION:
It is YOUR responsibility to enter the correct information when checking out. If you entered the incorrect address, the package will either get sent back to me or it will get delivered to the wrong address. If I made an error and the package is returned to me, I will repay the fees. If the error is on your behalf, you are responsible for paying the fees. If you noticed you made an error but already purchased please email me ASAP.
